We currently sell made-to-order napkins and T-shirts. All designs are carefully crafted, but slight variations in color or size may occur due to screen differences and production methods. Product availability may change at any time without notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept:

• All major debit and credit cards

We do not accept PayPal at this time.

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability.

5. Returns & Refunds Napkins

• Pre-designed napkins: Returnable if defective, damaged, or unopened and unused.

• Custom napkins: Final sale unless the item is defective or damaged.

T-Shirts

• Returnable if defective, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different.

• Must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.

• Returns for personal preference (style, color, or size) are not accepted.

📩 You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.

6. Return Process

• Free return labels are provided for eligible returns.

• Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of return approval.

• No restocking fees.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they enter production and can no longer be changed or canceled.
