• All napkins and T-shirts are made-to-order with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

• Shipping is available within the United States only.

• Shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: $5.95 (3–7 business days after production)

  • Expedited Shipping: $9.95 (2–4 business days after production)

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100

• You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
   

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for both defective/damaged items and certain non-defective items within 30 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
 

Napkins

• Pre-Designed Napkins:
  Returns accepted for defective, damaged, or misprinted items. Returns for preference changes or incorrect orders are only accepted if the product is unopened and unused.

• Custom-Designed Napkins:
  Custom napkins are final sale once production begins, except if defective or damaged.

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue or reason for return.
   

T-Shirts

• Returns accepted for:

  • Defective, damaged, or significantly different products

  • Incorrect size or wrong item received

• Returns not accepted for change of mind, style or color preference.

• T-shirts must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • Properly cared for

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and description.
   

📦 Return Process

• Return shipping labels will be provided free of charge for eligible returns.

• Return by mail within 30 days of delivery.

• Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt.

• Refunds issued to the original payment method.

• No restocking fees.
   

❌ Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

• After 12 hours, orders enter production and cannot be canceled or changed.
