A: Simply browse our shop, choose your item(s), select size and quantity, then proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, they enter production and cannot be modified.

🧼 Product Care
Q: How do I care for my T-shirt?
A: Machine wash cold, inside-out. Tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the printed design.
Q: Can I reuse the napkins?
A: Our napkins are single-use paper napkins and are not intended to be reused or washed.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.
For Napkins:

Pre-designed napkins can be returned if they are defective or unopened and unused.

Custom napkins are final sale unless they arrive damaged or with a defect.
For T-Shirts:

Returns are accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

T-shirts must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.

Returns are not accepted for style, color, or size preference.

A: No — free return shipping labels are provided for approved returns.

A: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
